Our Pet Policy

  • Cats & Dogs Welcome!
  • Maximum of 2 Pets Per Home
  • Monthly Pet Rent - $40 Per Pet
  • Pet Deposit - $150 Per Pet
  • Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $150 Per Pet
  • Breed Restrictions* - The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) are Not Permitted: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids & Bull Mastiffs.

*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
